Terms and Conditions
1. Service Purchase
By placing an order through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
2. Reservations
Our reservation team is available around the clock to assist you. Please allow up to 24 hours’ notice to prepare your chauffeured vehicle. All prices are quoted in AED and cover the journey from the pickup point (A) to the drop-off point (B), with the exception of fixed charges associated with airport services.
3. Online Bookings
Online bookings are subject to the approval of Noor Alsaif Tourism LLC. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if an incorrect price is listed. Prices and availability may change without notice.
4. Privacy Policy
Your personal information remains confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment information is securely encrypted and not stored by us. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. We may use your company name or logo on our website without prior notice.
5. Single and Return Journeys
For return journeys within the same day, waiting time charges may apply if the return occurs within 3 hours or outside of Dubai. No waiting charges apply for returns beyond 3 hours, although a different driver may be used.
6. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for all other journeys. Additional waiting time will incur a charge of AED 50 for every 15 minutes. These charges will be applied to the credit/debit card provided.
7. Payments
Charges must be paid in advance unless you have a credit account or a pre-approved card. Payments for additional charges, such as extra waiting time or parking, will be billed to the card provided. Credit card payments carry no surcharge but are non-refundable in case of cancellations. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations or changes must be communicated and confirmed by Noor Alsaif Tourism LLC at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so, or if bookings are made within 12 hours of the pickup time, may result in the full charge being applied.
9. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided if the customer does not appear at the designated location.
10. Complaints
Complaints should be reported to the driver or the company immediately. If unresolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 14 days of the hire’s end. We will acknowledge receipt of complaints within 14 days and provide a full response within 28 days.
11. Fraud
We reserve the right to cancel bookings without notice if fraudulent activity is suspected. Suspicion may arise from an inability to provide booking details or contact information, unauthorized payments, or previous fraudulent activity. Such cases may be reported to the fraud department.
